Martijn Gerard Garritsen (born 14 May 1996 in Amstelveen), known by his stage name Martin Garrix, is a Dutch DJ signed to Spinnin' Records. He is best known for the track "Animals", which was a Top 10 hit in more than 10 countries; the song has also peaked to number 1 in Belgium and the United Kingdom. He is also the founder of STMPD RCRDS.
